Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the self-storage rental space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make advance reservations. Reservations are taken on a "first come" basis. You may contact us directly by phone or at our facility.

Do I need insurance?
You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to lease our storage units.

Do you know where I can find moving & packing supplies?
You can find supplies at the local hardware store.

I have a lot of stuff to store and I am on a limited budget regarding my self storage needs. How do I figure out how much storage space I need?
Using the handy link to the "What Fits?" page, you may get a good idea just what your storage needs are. You may also call our office and speak with one of our employees.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes.

Can I reserve a storage room over the phone?
You will need to visit the storage facility to officially lease your storage room. You can however reserve a storage room over the phone with your credit card.

What items are prohibited at your facilities?
We do not allow the storage of food or other organic materials, flammable, explosive, hazardous, noxious, or contraband materials or goods, or any item which violates environmental laws or regulations. Storage of valuable or sentimental valuables is at the customer's own risk. Insurance is the customer’s responsibility.

When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available you can move in as soon as you complete the rental process.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
A government-issued form of picture ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. You will be given your own security code that will allow you access from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

What are climate-controlled units?
Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature range of 50-85 degrees Fahrenheit. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme outside temperatures.

How do I make a payment?
You may make payment through the mail, by phone, drop box or auto-debit from all major credit cards.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, and money orders. We also take all major credit cards.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Use our Space Estimator to give you an idea of what fits in a particular storage unit.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
If you prefer to examine a unit prior to renting, please call for an appointment.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 15-day written notice before you move out.

Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, food items, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
No.

What are the hours of operation?
Our online reservation service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your account information may also be accessed through our website at any time. The gate access hours are 5am – 11pm, 7 days a week.
